In addition, we provide expert services from a Diabetes Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) who has extensive experience in managing Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, MODY, LADA, insulin pumps, glucose flash monitors, and continuous glucose monitors (CGM). We work in coordination with your Endocrinologist, GP, and allied health team to deliver optimal diabetes management.
